Got Fined £30 The Other Day For My Number Plate

Last night.

Pulling out of a public carpark doing about 10mph, a copper comes speeding round the corner, over a speed hump and almost goes into the side of me. He then (out his window) says "That's a stop sign there" (it wasn't, it was "give way", and when I got there he was nowhere in sight). So I appologised and drove off.

Then about 15 mins later, im doing 29 in a 30 zone, come round a big roundabout (copper going the other way) he boots it to catch me .. obviously speeding, slams on his anchors 2 foot from the back of my car and then stays there, I now can't see *anything* behind me apart from 2 lights 2 foot from my bumper (so much so I wasn't actually sure it was the copper). He's obviously expecting me to then boot it off.

I'm carrying on doing 29 (gotta love digital speedo's) about quater of a mile the blues and twos come on just as I'm approaching the braking point of another roundabout, I slow and go straight over and then look to pull over. He's done a 180 at the roundabout and is bombing back up the road.

Why am I not allowed to do 31 in a 30, but taking corners too fast for the road conditions, speeding, tailgaiting and driving agressively is allowed by them ..

I Have zero respect for the police. They have never helped me when I needed them, and just given me grief when I am in the right....

Same here, they are about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

I have no love for the police, quite the opposite. They are a bunch of big headed tw*ts!

Because they are " Trained "........ to be able to control a car in any given circumstance. The General public aren't period!

That would be their excuse for dangerous driving.

Im my opinion, they are all power hungry Kids. Not all police are like that, its mainly the younger arrogant Traffic Newbies that have been a doormat their whole life and the police force has given them a chance to walk on everyone else for a change no questions asked.

i had an illegal plate too, essex police didnt care, crossed the boarder into Dorset and they pulled me over for illegal spacing, only cost me £10 to have the change of plates though.
