Hi guys, I'm new here and am considering a Corolla T Sport as my next car. Just wondering if you guys could post up how much you normally get to a tank.
and out of interest how much does the tank hold?

Currently drive a honda prelude 2.2 vtec and am getting useless mpg. maybe 21 at best. need something with similar performance and better mpg, obviously as much newer cars the corolla should be much better i would guess but any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Anything to look out for when viewing these? obvious faults/problems.....

Cheers guys

lift is awesome...i count the revs not the mpg. On a more important note....If you can drive sensible...you will get 30mpg maybe even more if you become a granny.

Hi mate
I think its a 55 litre tank and i get anywhere between 24 and 33 mpg depending on my mood! wink.gif The mrs gets a constant 35mpg.
Faults/problems, check the clutch is ok they are garbage on the ts and check that it hits lift at around 6200 rpm, but wait until the engine is warm before you do this! also check that the seats slide forward as the slider pins are prone to breaking. If you do buy one check the oil regular as they are known to use a fair bit.

My best was 37-38 mpg, driving like a granny.
With normal driving I'm getting 33-35

Worst was 24.7. Driving through Germany, where I managed to reach 141.8 MPH smile.gif and my average! speed was more then 80 rolleyes.gif
and hit lift in 5th and 6th LOL
