Body Kit

Hi guys.

Am looking at a body kit for my car soon, what are your opinions.

Black MK2 Rev1 T-Bar (Car will still be black for now)

what do you recon looks good ?

Border or TRD they both look good to me

All of those kits are pretty common (apart from the TRD)...

I voted other purely as I can't make 2 suggestions!lol

SARD MC4 (standard 4 piece kit)

or

TRD (11 piece kit with a lot of moulding etc to be done!!!)

Toms or TRD. I don't like the complete kits of the others.

All of those kits are pretty common (apart from the TRD)...

and the toms its prob the rearest out of that list. Allthough you can get a copy of the air intake and the skirts are really popular.

I have seen more copys TRD kits on mr2's than i have seen toms kits.

yip, with the exception of a complete TRD kit.. I would say that that is the best option ! Would also say add a veilside rear bumper. I never really like veilside bits.... but the rear bumper looks good on my car!

yeah I really like the Border front bumper (the whole border kit is really nice actually) :D

But everyone seams to be mixing and matching kits these days. <_<

I had my heart set on a Veilside kit when i 1st brought my 2, but i am slowly going off it a bit.

plus there is a tubby in Northampton where i live, already veilsided, and black, and T-bar, so my car would look exactly the same....which i dont want !!

I recon a full TRD kit is gonna be it touch too expensive, and really difficult to fit (I am gonna be doing this myself you know !!)

what do you recon about the rep kits on eBay ?? ;)

Good choice, but I personally hate the skirts...makes the car look VERY odd!hehe

i didnt know sard came out with a full kit.. i thought they just had a bumper. imo, everyone has a bodykit on their 2. keep it stock body. or get just a lip or something. there are certain cars that look great without body mods. and mr2 is one of them.

i didnt know sard came out with a full kit.. i thought they just had a bumper. imo, everyone has a bodykit on their 2. keep it stock body. or get just a lip or something. there are certain cars that look great without body mods. and mr2 is one of them.

The guy whos car it was on said it was a full kit, but if that's the case then it may have been custom sides (only a pic from the front side). Looks nice either way :P

I'm not too keen on the front, or the bonnet for that matter .. but oh man! the rear bumper! mmmm :D

But i know for a fact that Do Luck is a little out of my price range !

I m thinking now of a mixed kit! More personalised.

When i bought my 2 I was defo going Veilside, but that was because i was young and inexperianced !, and had never even sean any of the other kits avilable.

Now im still young, but like the Border front, and Toms Sides too !, Even the border sides, and those side on (cant remeber his name - with the two white 2's - just changed his sides - got them from Rogue i recon !) they look good.

So Basically im still undecided !

I got me Scoop-So just front, sides, rear to decide !
