found this also from same guy...

Mine are 20540ZR17's on 17x7's and it is lowered about 2 inches. They dont scrub on corners, but if i go over a sharp bump the right hand front scrubs slightly. There aint a lot you can do to the gaurd to stop it because the front bumper area that meets the wheel arch is where the scrubbing occurs, so you can roll the gaurds(still have to do mine) but it may not resolve the issue.

The best advice i can offer is to make sure you get an offset that sits well within the wheel arch so you avoid the edge, but you wont get that tyre filling the wheel arch look the same way you do when the wheel is in line with the gaurd

Hi,

nice wheels :) , i noticed your car on that forum, as for lowering i did not plan on doing it as i thought the t-sport sits pretty low as standard.

Sedans on 17 by 7s  lowered 30mm  :P no probs
