Alloy Wheels Refurb.

Can anyone recommend a garage or otherwise where I cna go and get my alloys refurbished. They are in a sorry state and need attention. Anywhere in the immediate Nottingham area/Mansfield etc..

Firstly, welcome to the club, secondly, no, theres a place by mine that does it but thats not exactly in the Nottingham area. I've heard they charge around £25 a wheel, this sound reasonable? What exactly do they do to recondition them?

they're near Wakefield fella, just off jct 39 M1, turn left (assuming your coming northbound from mansfield - im in sheffield) and they're literally 300 yds down on the right.

they did a fantastic job on my wheels.

take a look at my split rim thread for some pics of their handywork.
