Excellent day had by all today,the weather has been unreal all day, a few burnt faces tonight methinks... karting was great (i won!)

Anyway, we met in Edinburgh, travelled a further 15 miles to the karts then a further 30 miles!! to Galashiels where we finally sat about, had some food and took loads of piccies, as i'm the first one home my pics will be up first but expect more later tonight.

Alan, nice one for traveling 3 HOURS to the meet mate!!

Nice pics mate! Certainly had the weather for it!

There is absolutely no way I could have made it today, stopped drinking at around 10 this morning! Ouch!

Anymore scottish interest in the meet at envy?

Amran got stuck with a loose wire on his elise and has had to call the aa to fix it cos he's got no tools!

ive got quite a few pix from today and a couple of vids aswel.dont have time just now to put them up but i'll host them later on 2nite n put them up. or u can see them earlier if sum1 wants to ad me on msn n i can send a zip file with everythin in it so sum1 else can put the pix up just now

Thanks to all for a great day - especially Rico & Jim for organising the karting and leading us all into the wilderness...

I work out today's mileage as about 440 plus the detour out from Gala to the top of the hill... :)

Piccys will be up sometime soon - probably tomorrow!

edit: If you think the fly count was bad when I left, there is now more meat plastered across the front of my car than there is on many supermodels...
