put your old parcel shelf on your mdf or wood, draw round it and use a jig saw to cut it out

use your 6b9 template to mark out where you want the Speakers

then drill 2 holes so you can get the jigsaw blade in

cut out the whole for your Speakers to go in and check they fit

then drill a groove to keep the shelf in place and put screw a block of wood to keep the shelf level

its 15 mm but id recommend using even thicker to be honest

it felt strong in the shop but once u trim it and cut wholes its not as strong as u would think

thats why i added them support beams

maybe move this in to the Yaris How To section?

Grabbbed some 15mm today and got it all fitted, just waiting on some carpet to be delivered to finish it off. Looks tidy, and no sagging :)

Ill put some piccys up when its all finished.

Stick it in the how to!
