hi i got a puncture in my new tyres and had a bung put on it .. its not in the side wall, but near it and there is a bulge.

any ideas is this safe?

Any bulges in tyres are normally considered as UNSAFE

I would advise that you contact your nearest professional tyre fitters for immediate assistance thumbsup.gif
