Help please !

Owning a RAV4 T180 lovely ! but the how ridiculous are these runflats !

The price is one thing, but it is also finding a dealer/tyre specilaist that can help. Only 1 out of 9 of my local Toyota main dealers (in the south) actually can change a tyre or mend a puncture (due to not having the necessary equipment or its broken)!

Does Toyota keep a list of places to go ?? as I can't find an e mail address for Toyota in order to ask.

Looks like, I will then be restricted to only using the car in case of puncture, within a radius of one of these dealers, how ridiculous !

Second question please

I am told that the main steel support rings are often damaged when removing the tyre, have any members been charged for the fitters incompentence and/or been successful in argueing this point ?
