My pride and joy is sadly up for sale as my insurance wont cover my wife on the car till shes been driving for a year.
62k miles on the clock with a recent full 60k service and brake fluid change at a trusted local garage. Previous owner did the servicing himself with the help of a toyota technician. Ive also just had the master cylinder on the clutch replaced (common problem) so theres nothing needed on the car.
Since ownining the car I have added some sensible modifications which I feel simple enhance it.Firstly I've replaced the front brake discs with grooved discs along with EBC redstuff pads. Toyota Team Europe springs have been fitted as well to give the car a better stance and enhance the handling.I had the original wheels redone in black and fitted with Continental Premium Contact 2 tires with plenty of tread left all round. A blitz panel filter with cold air feed helps on pickup and helps make the car slightly more responsive.
The standard headunit now has a kenwood amp and vibe components running off it. The subwoofer is not included but all the connections are there for another one.
Now the bad points: The drivers floormat is worn through by the heel, the lower bumper lip has some scratches, as does the rear lower spat.
Im in no rush to sell so wont entertain silly offers. I am an active member on both corolla club uk and toyota owners club and regularly attend meets. The car is washed, claybar'd polished and waxed every weekend and I will be extremely gutted to see it go. Since owning the car Ive kept every receipt including fuel bills to show its only been run on V power or equivalent high octane fuels.
A quick browse on autotrader will show very few facelift T sports for under 6k! If you have an offer feel free to email or call me, The worst I can say is no.
Im looking for 5750 but am open to cash offers! My plan is to get a smaller car for my wife and an AE86 Corolla for myself so I would consider an AE86 with money my way as a part-exchange.
