Is it possible to get the DAB option on a Gen 3 TSpirit? The brouchure shows the DAB front-end unit being different to the TSpirit front-end so I am not sure its possible? Be a shame if not.

Yes, there is a DAB option. It's a dealer-fit option but is very expensive. I forget the figures but the region of £300 - £400 seems right. Given that DAB is soon to be changed/enhanced with alternate forms of DAB now proposed it seems an unnecessary extravagance to me. Especially when compared with the low cost of having DAB in other manufacturers cars.

Apparantly the picture in the brochure is a dealer fitted sat nav unit for the T3 / T4 which includes DAB radio. The Tspirit DAB tuner is 'invisible' Its simply a tuner box which is installed behind the console and doesn't change the appearance of the Tspirit sat nav and doesnt include the USB and SD card slots.

Thanks SilverT4 - great news as I was concerned that I'd end up with an inferior multimedia system due the DAB order.

Incidently the local dealership said that the DAB is not an option for the TSpirit.....bonkers! I haven't placed my order there!
