Had a look on the VOSA recall site and the AYGO has no recalls , yet the Peugeot 107 and Citroen C1 do, rather strange as they are basically the same car.

Look into my eyes. Don't look around my eyes. Look into my eyes... You're under.
When you wake up, you will have full faith in the VOSA. If anyone questions you, you will say, "VOSA is run by the government. I'm sure they know what they're doing."

There's no Aygo on the drop down list. This is not the same as not having any recalls!

Yeah, the Aygo, C1, and Peuegot 107 are essentialy the same ar, so why deos the Aygo leak?
Well, okay. I m one of the lucky ones. My Aygo DOES NOT leak, but if they are the same car. Why dont we hear about the same problem in the other siblings?

There have been at least couple of recalls for the Aygo, however it looks like it affected few vehicles, here are links to the recall documents.

Fuel tank issue and axle issue. So, basically your car could blow up or wheels fall off if affected??

Yes, but for both events to happen on one car, it has to have been built May 16 through May 24, 2007 AND May 19 - May 23, 2009.

That would be a very unfortunate(if not impossible) scenario

I wonder what the fuel tank and front wheel axle hub concerns are actually are. How urgent are they? Is the fuel tank likely to leak or explode? Is the wheel hub prone to overheating or falling off or disintegrating?
‘Concern’ can cover a multitude of issues

The two recalls linked above seem to be the same as for the 107 and C1.
They only affect a small number of cars, so they seem to be leaving
it up to the dealers to only recall the appropriate cars/VINs.
From what I've read ther is a problem with a series of front wheel hubs that
don't have proper threads for the wheel-bolts to grip onto and the issue with
the tank seems to be the collar where the filler neck connects to the tank.
Apparently this collar prevents a proper connection, so when filling up
the tank AND the neck the fuel can leak out at that location.
