I WOULD MUCH APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE COULD GIVE ME SOME INFORMATION ON CHANGING THE HANDBRAKE CABLE ON MY 2002 RAV4. THE N/S OCCASIONALLY STICKS ON SLIGHTLY AND HAS RESULTED IN THE HANDBRAKE SHOES NEEDING REPLACED BUT I WANT TO CHANGE THE CABLE ALSO.PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP I HAVE FOUND SOME EXCELLENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BRAKE SHOE REPLACEMENT. THANKYOU

Welcome to the club.
I'm afraid there is nothing in the manual to show you any pdf's but it is fairly straight forward. You have to remove the cable from the parking brake shoe and then just unthread it to the front and undo the adjustment nut. These diagrams may help;
