believe these wheels are old school eagle wheels. they are 15x8 with -30mm offset, MAD lip on these rims, and they look awesome on the car. Lug pattern is 4 on 4.25/4.5. Here are the pics of rims:

There is some minor curb rash on rims but nothing serious, can be sanded and buffed out. Yes they come with all four tires, brand new only driven on for 3 weeks, almost 100% tread still left on them. Visa tires 205/50's. Can easily put 215/50's or wider on these rims.
