To be honest i probably would have got £3300-£3500 for it but it may have taken a bit longer to sell..... but i really need the space what with the building work i have going on at the mo... have mini diggers/skips, builders cars/vans parking in/around my drive.... so i'd rather price to sell quickly rather than hold on a few weeks for an extra couple of £££.
