Anyone know if Celica GT4 ST205 calipers and discs will go on SW20?
different PCD's for starters ..

The answer is no, dunno bout pcd but its sumthin 2 do with wheels, maybe different number of studs! 
am I right in thinking you can get MK4 Supra brakes to fit the MR2 ?
Possibly fabricating some sort of bracket or something ?

yeah the PCD ..
On the GT4 the PCD is 100 (5 stud) and on the MR2 the PCD is 114.3 (5 stud).
I believe the supra WILL fit, but you need custom brackets and at least 17's to fit the brakes behind.
and then for the cost you may as well go Brembro ..
