T-sport cylinder head - £270 including shipping
1.5L ELprototypes ceramic coated manifold - £170 including shipping
other items that may become available are - coilover kit exluding rear springs. and a (T-sport engine no gear box but possibly with ECU. 20,000 miles £800)

But u don't need a manifold surely???
Because they are ceramic coated, they will be better....keeps heat in and other things cool.
