Its a Stieff ........ they are expensive
tis true... steiff bears are proper collectors items, especially with box and certificate... a collector could snap up a real bargin

what can i say - i have a gap in my knowledge about expensive teddies... (well, except for those expensive teddies from Victorias secrets - but thats another topic)

OHHHHHH I have just seen a lovely Stieff Wolf on the same page as mine....... I wouldnt mind that. 
we bought a steiff hamster for our neighbour when hers died!!! it was pricey too!
Looks very nice, seen a few Steiffs around every now and then and yeah they are pricey, but they look worth it..
