The only downside to the laptop is the battery life is very limited, so it's best to keep it plugged into the mains.
A replacement battery can be bought dirt cheap though on good ol' evil bay.
It won't come with Windows, as I don't believe the copy that is on there currently, is legitimate, hence the lower asking price.
