First post here so please excuse me if this has been done to death already, I have tried a search but found very little.

Basically I am looking at purchasing a 3.0G Vigo. I am currently in the ROI but it is likely that I will import it through a company in the UK.
While I am happy that this is the machine for me I am completely new to the importing of vehicles. The mechanics of this is no problem but rather I would be interested to know if there are any unforeseen ownership issues with having a Vigo in the UK or ROI.
In particular I am thinking of warranties, servicing, spares etc.
I would also be interested if any body in the ROI currently has a double cab for private use under €250 road tax and how this is accomplished.
Any info on good dealers both in the UK and ROI would also be of great help.
