i havn't got any photoshop programmes on my pc!!!!!!!!!!

Try GIMP Photoshop clone

Download and use. It's freeware and does just about everything photoshop does. Good piece of software.

You might need to take another picture of the car at a more rear view angle to compensate for the way the pics of the wheels have been took!
