I did ask if that made it cheaper but they didn't appreciate my sense of humour

can you put a newer reg personal plate on and older car?
i.e a T reg plate on an F reg car??

also, how much would it cost to register a personal plate with the dvla?

Unfortuantely you cant put newer reg's on older cars, everyone would be doing it!

that really sucks!

ive seen a few cool plates that i like. there was one on the DVLA J666 ADE which i loved but its a J so i cant get it
the oldest reg they do with 666 in it is J.
