I've been offered some Subaru alloys for my Avensis they have the same stud pattern and the same size tyres etc but I'm not sure about the offset. Should I get them?
SteveGT4
The offset will be about 45-47 ish.

Is that bad?
SteveGT4
They should fit. Like my car your offset is 35-42. So 45 is an exta 3mm which is nothing. I tried scooby alloys on my car but they didn't fit because ST205 GT4s have massive brake calipers. I don't know what brakes are like on the Avensis, but if they are normal and clear they will fit!

Just to add to this, do subaru alloys fit the st185 gt4? They don't seem to have as much of a caliper issue as the st205, so if they'd fit on my 4, then i'm sure they'd fit an avensis as surely it has smaller brakes and calipers????

Thanks for all your help on this SteveGT4 but I've brought myself some alloys off of a Celica vti. They're 17" as opposed to my current 15" which I'm concerned may look a little odd under my arches, especially the drum brakes on the rear, but they were cheap with nearly new tires and I just couldn't resist...
