could you just clarify Smoftah....... do you need a roof rack fitted to add a bike rack? very interested in bike carrier but would never use a roof rack or have the need to. what is the SWL of the carrier? i have a Cannondale that comes in under 19lb so wondering if i could get two on?

Hi Yes these are made to attach to a roof rack, or if you can find another way of securing it to your roof

It will only hold one bike as the grip in the top is only thick enough to hold one
