I have had issues with a garage which has taken and thrown the ecu which was in my Mk 2 imported automatic MR2.
I have the old part number which is 89661-17360. however I have searched for months and cannot locate this part. Can anyone either suggest how I can proceed or does anyone happen to have this part? Currently I am running it with a manual ECU which means that the gear changing and kick down are non-operative.

Hey Tony , try ringing this guy Gary 00353860893227 , he is over here in Ireland , i was over with him on sat getting parts for my wifes MR and i saw that he had an MR2 auto parted out he might be able to sort you out , good luck
