I have also discovered that parts for the AE86 are quite hard to come by and very expensive like

Pockets are the panel when you open the tailgate and on either side of the inside you have a compartment (pocket). Take the plastic cover off and hey ho your pockets... the one on the left normally is where the jack and toolkit are kept. Imported 'tend' to be in a lot better condition than uk's..

Parts are expensive-ish but available... Good body panels are a PITA to get hold of......!!
