Do they exist? I've googled it and had no luck!

I'm planning to buy this;

(OEM bezel is needed 55405-02130) Dark Grey CAW-1300-06 from the dealer

and;

http://www.incarexpress.co.uk/view_product...partno=CT24TY16 for the actual facia adaptor

along with

http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/toyota-wir...tor-p-1344.html for the wiring

which takes car of getting the actual headunit into the car, fitted properly and wired in but I want to retain my steering wheel controls for my Alpine CDA 9885R (http://www.dynamicsounds.co.uk/alpine-cda9885r-cdmp3-tuner-p-1136.html)

Does such an adaptor exist? Really surprised I cant find one sad.gif

Cheers

I've yet to find a suitable adaptor to make any of my previous Alpine's work with my steering wheel control.

Although they say it's steering wheel ready, you need to check which make's they can be used with, as Toyota's seem to always be left off the list for some reason :(

You be just as easy to use a remote control for it, like i do sometimes :lol:

Hi John,

I may be able to assist, can you show me a picture of what connections you have when you remove the origianl Toyots radio?

I need to see what the radio connectors look like coming from behind the dash

Mark

Thanks for the PM Mark.

I'll take a pic when I remove the original stereo. I must admit Im wondering if its the same as an Avensis which would make it much simpler as theres loads for that!

Also just to update, someone else reccommended I try www.safensound.something who told me they can supplu a connect2 adapter but they want £37 for it!! Rip off imo!
