Lap Belt

It may seem a stupid question but can anyone tell me how I can lift the rear seat base to get to the lap belt and remove it ? I have lifted the seat up but can find no way to get to the fixing points. We have three cars in our house so three seat belts in the rear of my Yaris aren't needed.

if i remember correctly, you need to either slide the whole seat forward (or backward... one of the 2) you then need to drop the seat backs, via a lever each side, then tilt the whole lot up from the rear, until they stand up against the front seats. you may have to remove the headrests, too! the tilting lever is on the back of the seats, near the floor of the boot. fiddly but do-able! access to the rear door and the boot at the same time, helps.... 3 door cars may be a bit more of a struggle.
