Help Mr2 Eninge To Rwd

i am fitting a mr2 engine into a mk2 cortina i have been told i need a W55 gearbox. what toyota is this box in. or does anyone have one for sale

My answer would be to forget it and put in a 2000 Pinto or even better a 2300 Cologne engine

I think its in a supra , could be wrong ,but i also found this information stating they removed a W55 gearbox from a cressida http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-222848557.htm
