Heres my prob:

My RHS works fine

upper for daylights/running lights

middle 2 for indicators

lower and upper for break lights

LHS all works fine but when I brake the upper daylights/running lights turn off when the lower brake lights are on

got any thoughts or heard of this before

is a way of reprograming? rewiring them?

Heres a short film of the taillights

Do the front daylight/ running lights stay lit when you brake?

If the daylight/running lights at the front go out when you brake then the most likely cause would be a wiring fault but on the other hand if the front dont go out then the fault is with the rear light unit (internal short circuit) Do you have a spare unit to try?

Remove the left hand tailight and plug it into the right hand side wiring. If the same happens the fault is with the tailight and not the wiring. If it is faulty are the tailights over a year old? If not contact the seller or manufacturer to get the faulty one replaced.
