Lindop Toyota will be putting together a team of nutters, headed by yours truly, Kingo, to enter this years HELL RUNNER event

It is being held in Delemere Forest, Cheshire on 1st November 2009 and our team will be running between 10-12 miles over rugged terrain to raise money for BEN, the motor and allied trades benevolent society, a registered charity, who help over 15,000 people each year

I know times are hard, but if you could help out with just a few pounds, we would be most grateful

If you would like to come along to watch then make it early, the roads around Delemere Forest will be VERY busy, don't be tempted to park on the road, you might get a parking ticket
