Loss Of Power

my supra twin turbo losses power in 4th gear over 70 mph does anybody have an idea what it could be

I pressume you have a mkiv supra??

What rpm are we talking?? as mph doesnt really come into it??

Does it still pull through the rev range properly in the the lower gears?? if not, sounds like the 2nd turbos going, thats if its a mkiv using sequential turbos.
