Speed Sensor Location?

hi recently bought a speedo convertor / delimiter for my celica gt4 st205 import. fitting instructions say connect to speed sonsor, i guess this is on gearbox. but as you all prob know to well access is very limited on these. i was wondering if any 1 could tell me where exactly the speed sensor can be found and what is the easiest way of getting at it??

any help would be great

you solder the wires into the back of the speedo clocks AFAIK.

SOMETHING LIKE THIS - Chip has five wires coming from it.

Red wire goes to bottom left speedo mounting screw.

Green wire goes to bottom right speedo mounting screw.

Blue wire goes to top left speedo mounting screw.

The yellow and the grey wire connect into the main speedo harness, cut

the wires and connect

my chip has four wires and fitting instructions def say to connect to speed sensor. all it says tho is drivers side rear of engine bay not the exact location.

4 wires are as follows

yellow wire of chip connects to blue wire of speed sensor on the sensor side

grey wire of chip connects to blue wire of speed sensor on loom side

red wire of chip connects to blue/yellow wire of speed sensor but unsure if this needs cutting or just tapping on

black wire of chip connects to black/white wire of speed sensor but unsure agian as above
