2001 Roadster Radio Facia Panel

Hey Guys!

I have done a search but all the posts that contain anything to do with it are so old that the links no longer work!

I have just bought a 2001 MR2 Roadster and the Sony factory installed head unit wont work. Im looking to change it for a single DIN unit.

The only facias I can find to do this seem to be listed as 2002>. Does anyone know if this will work or weather there is a seperate one for the 2001 model?

Also Im looking to get a facia which has a blanking panel to cover the 2nd DIN as I have a Scangauge unit to fit into the gap.

Many thanks!

Adam

ISO leads, saves you cutting the loom as it's plug n play...

Facia adaptors...

EDIT..

From what I've read once fitted you may find that the plastic trim ring around your headunit won't fit, it can be tricky but give it a good wiggle etc, if it doesn't fit you will need to buy the one from a 2003 roadster.

I don't know the in's and outs as I had no problems with mine.. but then mine is a 2005 model.. part number seems to be... 55423 - 17040 : Surrounding trim
