Help Please Re Replacement Headlamp On A 2002 Yaris

Hi, I have broken the nearside headlight on my 2002 Yaris and bought a relacement on eBay. The new unit looks fine but there are two problems. The car is a French manufactured car and the new unit looks like it is for a Japanese built Yaris.

The main problem is that the headlamp leveling connection is in the shape of a triangle not in a straight line as on the connection on the car. Does anyone know how to connect one to the other? I am happy to make a connector but don't know what order the wires go.

The other slight problem is that the indicator bulb is on a three pronged fitting (French) whereas the unit is for a four pronged fitting. Not too much of a problem but I thought it might be useful to know.
