two people on my post delivery got new yaris this week and both paid for the same protective upgrade you paid for and they both got the corner bumper protectors as well as the side protectors.

i told them about your car and both said no he should have got them in the package and he should check with other dealerships.

Is there any way you could post some pics of these protectors? I have then some proof of that and talk to them.

Well, the website (and I think the brochure) do not mention anything about the bumper protectors.. "The pack includes body coloured rear parking sensors along with front and rear mud flaps, side protection mouldings and a boot protection plate.

i cant really take pics ill get funny looks or get reported some of the people on my delivery are like victor meldrew :(

when i see him ill try and ask him if hed paid extra for them but from what ive seen you do get it with new yaris i saw another one this week it too had the bumper protectors maybe its on new ones from after when you recieved yours thats the thing thats ****** me off about toyota there always constantly changing the specs with little or no information about what your getting.
