Im hoping someone can help.

The alarm keeps sounding on my Carina 1990 model and I thought it was because the Battery was flat so I took that off and recharged it but it is still doing it. I found some details on the internet on how to stop the alarm going off and it said to hold in the valet/override button whilst turning the key, however as I do not have a manual for this car I can not find the valet button. The only way I can turn the alarm off at the moment is to disconnect the Battery.

Can anyone help...please?!!
