Central Locking Won't Open Passenger Door, Why?

Hi,

I have just bought a 95 Rav4 but have noticed that the central locking only opens the drivers and rear door not the passenger door. I think the lock "twitches" when you use the remote. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

Also are there any recommended places to get spare parts other than breakers. I need a new front indicator at the mo.

try a bit of wd 40 on the lock parts, i guess it works fine from the inside

someone on eBay used to sell clear sidelights for the 4.1. Then you use an orange bulb.

Otherwise I guess its a breakers yard - quite a few on line who will post the stuff.

Re the lock - just as MrBilly says. The door card can be removed to grease the lock and watch whats happening....and while its off use some grease on the window mechanism and silicon grease on the sliders.
