Mr2 1.8 Vvti Head Gasket

OK - I am new on here, but basically looking for some help and advise.

Got a 2000 "X" Reg MR2 Roadster 1.8 vvti, but it seems to have low water pressure and the water in the header tank keeps over-heating and the pressure blows water out of the overflow of it. The engine runs perfect, no smoke, clean oil, starts first time at the turn of a key.

Already changed fan sensors, radiator, spark plugs, water pump, thermostat, header tank cap, etc... But still have the same issue!

All thats left is the head gasket, but not showing the normal signs of a blown head gasket!

If it is the head gasket? Is it a job for a Toyota Specialist or main dealer, or is it a job for any good mechanic?? Just wondering whether the job needs any special tools or tooling??

This car was a pressie for my partners 30th Birthday earlier this year, so I am really in the dog house at the moment and need the car back on the road asap and as cheap as possible..

Can anyone out there help or give me advise??

- Jason :(
