Hi all.

Just got one for a keen price yesterday with 65,000 miles on the clock and have to say it is fantastic and all the bits are 100% original. I did not expect such a hard core suspension set up from an "old lady" Yaris and the cheap new tyres (came with the car and will last ages :( ) screeched everywhere... but I did not care cos it really is good fun.

Question: I am used to high torque D-4D engines and shift way too early. How far do I rev it to get change gear and get good accelleration. I mean where is max bhp? Additionally has it got 103bhp or 105bhp?

105 bhp was the dealer quoted figure parkers says 103 for some reason though!

To get the quoted performance figures for the car you do have to "rev it" a bit!

Hope this helps!

Adam
