aye aye

when i was picking it from a list it has SS1, SS2 and SS3. if you're not sure what to put it can end up costing more im guessing.

clever ***** lol :P

Yeah, I've had the same issue ..

I *could* have clicked "Aston Martin" and "DBS", but I know my car is a Toyota Hilux.

When they give you the options, you click the one you have. It's that how it works, or am I missing something? ;)

If you don't know what it is. Then you should find out. :)

Either way .. yours should be an SS2 (facelift) with a 3s-ge engine, putting out about 165-175bhp depending on ECU map (changes were made for emissions over the life of the model).

When I enter my reg I get "Toyota, Black".

I'm just taking the mic, don't mind me.

It's all the fun of owning an import.

The only Celica with a 3S-FE is the ST162 Convertible (the American one)

Thats the only one!

Your information is incorrect. The ST182 and ST202 also came with either the 3S-FE or 3S-GE

All SS1 ST202's had 3S-FE's, all SS2 ST202's had 3S-GE's.

I wrote it wrong, i wanted to say i know only a 162 convertible.

SS1 is before facelift, en de SS2 is the facelift?

If you say sow, it will be true, but i've got still my doubts about it...

Nope not facelifts. The SS1/SS2 were both available as pre facelift and post facelift.

As far as i am aware the ST202 was the last Toyota to use the 3S-FE.

Adrian Flux as useless. They told me that my Toyota Aristo didnt exist  and that i must mean Toyota Avensis........yeah right......they seem to think people dont have enough brain cells to read the model off the boot of their car but have enough brain power to drive the thing..... Bunch of idiots...

Chap on the phone goes to me "Ok it must be a Toyota Avensis that you mean. What engine size is it? 1.8? 2.0?"

Me "3.0 Twin Turbo you thick plonker"
