Just Bought An Avensis D4d 2.2 T-spirit Tourer

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum, just bought a black 55 plate Toyota Avensis 2.2 D4D T-spirit tourer/estate. My dad and I are big fans of japanese cars (He has a landcruiser) and they have always treated me right, so i hope this one is just as reliable (even though its built in derbyshire and the engine is from poland! ha ha).

I also own a 350bhp Nissan 200sx which is my daily driver, and a Mk3 Ford Escort RS1600i which i've restored and only comes out in the summer, but the avensis will be the wifes main car and family wagon as my wife is expecting our first child.

Went for the T-spirit cause it has wipe-cleanable leather for when the baby no doubt smears chocolate or other stuff on the seats. Its a lovely car, i look forward to many thousand miles of ownership and hope that the toyota build quality is true in this car.
