86 22re Is Missing Under Power

I have an 86 Toyota 4x4 with a 22 re and it is stumbling at times when I am driving it. I have replaced the fuel filter, the spark plugs, and the cap and router. The truck has 175K and seems to run strong other than this issue. I am wondering if anyone out there knows what is going on. I have not been able to figure out what the problem is. I have installed a headman header and after the install the check engine light comes on every so often, it remains on for about 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes and then shut off. All fluid levels are good and it does not overheat. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
