Rav4 4.3 D4d Fuel Tank Noise

I am sure others must have noticed that, when tank is full, fuel can be heard sloshing about when pulling away and braking.

I had thought this simply a 'feature' of the beast. However, I was informed [reliably] that MrT has a retro fix for this that involves fitting a modified tank and additional sound deadening.

My source told me that the service manager at his local MrT was unaware of this until prompted to find out.

Has anyone had this done under warranty and did it cure the problem?

I will be phoning my local dealer in the morning.
