There is something called a MMT box which is very similar to the corsa's easytronic box where you can change gears by nudging the lever up or down, or you can leave it in fully auto mode. They do drive differently to a proper auto (slower changes), but personally I prefer a proper automatic.

Here in Belgium you can get the 1,0 litre (1SZ-FE engine) with the TFT-system (Toyota Free-Tronic) as an option. It consists of an ordinary manual transmission coupled to a master cylinder, accumulator and a clutch servo controlled by it's own sensors and ECU. Inside the car there is the normal manual stick but no clutch pedal.

Nice system if you don't want a slushbox and traffic is killing your left foot. A bit of a pain though if you want to work on it yourself as you have to know all the proper procedures or it'll be a no go.

The free-tronic was available on the pre-facelift Yaris but has been replaced with the MMT one on the facelift.
