what hoses do i change to remove the boost restriction in 1st and 2nd gears??

There should be a set of thin pipes running from your turbo, up on the left side (if standing at front of car) of the engine with 2 of those running to a solinoid. Remove one rubber pipe from the metal pipe, and the other from the solinoid.

Bend the one still attached to the metal pipe and attach it to where you removed the other pipe
