Diesel Fuel

Hi, Here we go again. Got a new Hilux 2009,A/T, 3.0D4D Express recommendation of Toyota: ALWAYS Euro IV Diesel/ Within Europa Fine. Now want to go to ZA overland. Will not always be able to get such fuel... Will ruin the truck, void the guaranty,pay lots for repairs, get divorced, not going at all? Funny but I think I shall be able to go any where with my car=technically= speaking. Any help? I do appreciate your comments sevil
