Rav4 'roof Aerial' Wanted

Hi, I have a 2003 Rav4 VX. I noticed that the aerial mast and base are both damaged beyond repair. I contacted Toyota. I was expecting maybe to pay about £30/40 to replace. However, when the chap told me it cost's £120 for the base and a further £35 for the mast, I was gob-smacked!! SO.. I'm hoping someone has a Rav4 they are breaking or even, someone who has replaced the standard aerial for a smaller stubby one? I think that any rav4 from a 2000 - onward would do. I stripped the roof lining off today and had a look. It looks like two 10m bolts holding it on. There is an antenna conection and also a white plug conection.

Hope someone can help me out.
