Obviously that was'nt the council collecting your rubbish , or was it ? . My rubbish collectors usually return the wheely bin :lol: after emptying it , maybe you had a posh looking one they took a shine to :lol:

I suspect that when the binmen emptied your bin and dropped it .......they damaged it...........To save you having to complain it is normal practice for the binmen to take the damaged bin and arrange for a replacement one to be delivered to your property.

You have received excellent service from Hull Council. :thumbsup:

If you watch your video in a few days, you will see the council deliver your replacement bin.

Maybe you should write a letter to your council, thanking them for such good service! ;)

Hell No

The first time they broke it (before the CCTV was installed) they denied everything and wanted me to pay for a new one (after only using it 3 times)

so I repaired it with some rape tape
