Toyota Verso 2006 Automatic Transmission Problem

It's a 2006 Corolla verso with Multi mode.

Occasionally, it stalls and will not move, especially when stoping and starting frequiently (eg traffic jam). When the Gas or accelarator is pressed, it makes a loud noise and will not move. When the engine is switched off, the car makes a beeping sound and a red light in the speedometer area. The car must be left for a few mins before it can strat again.

Also, the car 'jumps' alot when automatically shifting, and a weird thing is, when i want to heat up the windscreen, Air Con comes on at the same time and i have to switch it off.
